Meal Prep
Wether you’re looking to get healthier or looking to make your weeks a little easier, I’m here to prepare whatever you need.

Choose meal sets of 8, 10 or 14 meals (2 meals per day) and snack/desserts (2 per day) to fit your needs. Meals can be adjusted for highter protein, or vegetarian or vegan.

Similar Weekly Meal Prep, 8, 10 or 14 meals, however, you only order every other week, or. twice per month.

Twice a per month I will offer a set, limited menu of specialty dishes to test out new recipes, all customers who complete the online survey about the dishes and submit it will recieve 20% off their next order. These will be available for pick up or delivery, while supplies last.
